I received the wrong shade of complexion rescue, not sure if this was my fault or an error on the website as it was acting a bit temperamental that day and I also had a problem with my login details. I found my order No off PayPal and sent this along to bare minerals. They are very kindly sending me a replacement (free)of the correct shade and allowed me to keep the wrong shade which I think will be able to use in the winter months as not a big difference. I have used bare minerals for 8 years now and don’t think I will ever change it blends in so good and leaves no lines ? I have also used the bare minerals site for most as they quite often have great offers

Great customer service
Even though my item came damaged, no fault of bare minerals royal mail is where the blame lies. Bare minerals sorted out the problem immediately and sent out a replacement the very next day. Thanks ?

Stephanie at customer services has been fantastic today. I had a parcel go missing through royal mail. Stephanie has sorted that out and explained what to do. I had to reorder on express delivery but the charge is being cancelled for me. I really do appreciate her help today

As fewer beauty consultants with stores closing this was an excellent decision.

Love bare minerals powder foundation, it doesn’t feel heavy at all and provides good coverage. Recently got another great deal on foundation and brush set direct on their website. Purchase has been dispatched quickly. Unfortunately my discount code didn’t apply but Aurore in customer services sorted this out for me quickly- thank you ?
